Hayley began her career as a classical ballet dancer and graduated from the prestigious Australian Ballet School with an Advanced Diploma in Dance in 2001. She then completed the comprehensive studio and mat Pilates courses through Polestar Pilates in Sydney. Alexander Pilates was first established on Darby Street Newcastle in 2005. Our classes are focused on attention to detail and reflect our comprehensive, in-depth approach and experience.
