I've worked in hatted restaurants, fast-paced cafes and French brasseries, through all sections of the kitchen and run many successful establishments.
Many young apprentices have undergone my teachings and gone on to be great chefs.
All of my classes are done in a small intimate setting, focusing on having fun and eating some great food.
