I started “Bec’s Table” cooking school in 2010.
My focus was on helping anyone interested in learning to cook and bake at home.
I set up the cooking school with the equipment you’ll find in any home kitchen, so all our recipes and techniques can be readily reproduced with ease in yours.
Our teaching methodology provides you with an understanding of techniques.

I know many of us would like to cook and bake but for some reason find it difficult to get in and do it.
There are loads of reasons.
Once you learn techniques, you’ll be set up to replicate them in your kitchen with ease.
I love to share all my chef/pastry chef tips, using conventional and Thermomix methods.
