About Bend It Like Buddha Yoga
Laurin has been practising Yoga for over 20 years and holds a Yoga Teaching Diploma from The Yoga Institute, Sydney where she was taught by Michael De Manincor 2010, one of Australia’s most senior and respected teachers.
Through teaching a balanced practice of pranayama (breath work), asana (movements) and meditation, you will feel stress ease out of the body and mind and leave feeling grounded and calm.
Situated in the Killara area, we incorporate a variety of practices in movement, breath, and meditation.
We know that yoga is not a one size fits all exercise, so we help each one of you find the right yoga class for your needs.
