All classes are taught in the Iyengar yoga tradition, with an emphasis on alignment and structure using props such as blocks, straps and bolsters when needed.

Patrick has been practising Iyengar yoga for 28 years and teaching since 2001.

He is currently working full-time in occupational rehabilitation.
This experience, along with his yoga practice, helps him to communicate with yoga students how to work intelligently to avoid many common problems he has experienced over the years.
Patrick, Susan, Eleneth and Edward have studied with various Senior Australian and overseas teachers.
They have also studied at the Iyengar Institute in Pune India.
It takes a minimum of three years to become an Iyengar yoga teacher.
