About BQ Personal Training
BQ Personal Training offers one-on-one training sessions with a fully qualified fitness trainer.
The first training session will comprise a health discussion and a full fitness assessment after which the trainer will work with you to define your fitness goals and outline a program aimed specifically at achieving them.
How quickly you progress will depend on the amount of time and effort you put into your gym training.
