Chef Valentina offers Perth private chef experiences, themed cooking workshops and catering for all types of events. She is a passionate Italian chef with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. After working in London, Valentina ran and owned a restaurant near Rome for 5 years before moving to Perth, where she now resides with her partner and their two beautiful children. During this time, her restaurant was featured in renowned food guides like Gambero Rosso, Osterie D’Italia and the 2007 Michelin Restaurant Guide.

Since moving to Perth, Valentina worked at a number of well-known restaurants around the city, such as Galileo, Cantina 663, Azure, and Bar One, to name a few. Chef Valentina has a strong passion for traditional Italian cooking and she’s proud to introduce people to nonna’s and mumma’s traditional family recipes, as well as modern Italian dishes.
