Christopher Simmons has been a personal trainer for over 15 years. Whilst at school growing up, he faced some challenges being bullied and being overweight. So, he decided to make Health and Fitness a priority, turning it into his lifestyle! Shortly after, he began going to the gym and getting his own personal training qualifications! He now believes everyone can enjoy training, you just need to find what you enjoy doing the most; maybe boxing, circuit training, weight training or even some running. Our outdoor boot camp classes are fun and challenging and are designed to help you improve your health and fitness in a short period of time!
