About Coast Academy of Song and Dance

We are a boutique Performing Arts School on the Sunshine Coast. Our class is capped at 22 students. Coast Academy of Song and Dance (CASD) musical theatre shows are written specifically for the students. Anna is a firm believer in the roles being made as equal as possible- after all, how is a student expected to grow as a performer if they are not given opportunities and challenged in their roles? By the same token, however, CASD students are expected to earn those role opportunities and come to class well-prepared.

This attitude shows respect to fellow castmates and the director and enables a more enjoyable and productive rehearsal process.
