Robyn Linkhorn had the opportunity in 2017 to take her passion for Pilates and become a qualified Instructor gaining a nationally accredited Certificate IV in Pilates.
Since then Robyn has continued to attend workshops and conferences to enhance her knowledge of ways to make your body move better and feel better.
Our 45-minute sessions are fitness-based, open level and highly addictive.
Classes are designed to either be your go-to activity or complement and support your existing activity.
