Rachel has trained and loved all styles of dance and is passionate about passing this love of dance technique and music appreciation on to all her students. She has been teaching for 30 years and dancing for over 40. While dancing for fun and fitness is great, it's a technique that eliminates injuries and makes special dancers. We teach you proper technique, core body strength, beautiful posture and knowledge of dance that is hard to match.
