Paul Jackson has been in the coffee industry since 1982, is an accredited trainer holding a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training and creator of the Danes Specialty Coffee Institute Barista qualifications and training program.
Paul and Danes Specialty Coffee has been an award-winning coffee roaster since 1994 and is the Managing Director of Danes Specialty Coffee.
He has owned and managed multiple Danes retail stores since 1995 and has hosted the Danes Grand Barista Championships from 2001 to 2014, the Danes Home Barista Competition since 2010 and the Danes International Grand Latte Art Championship since 2015.
