I’m a degree-qualified Personal Trainer/PDHPE Teacher with over 20 years of experience in Personal Training and Group Exercise classes. I specialise in helping people who are time-poor, lose weight, manage chronic illness/injury and navigate healthy nutrition. I have proven successful results in assisting my clients in losing weight, toning up, running, and better managing chronic conditions. The exercise programs I set up for each of my clients are effective, individualised, and have a primary focus on healthy nutritional eating, correct technique, postural alignment, and strength training.
