My level of teaching or coaching has been diverse, from babies to learning to swim both children and adults. Combining both my love for swimming and fitness and over 20 years of experience, I have a passion to share my love for the ocean and take great pleasure in educating others about surf awareness. The session's focus is mobility, stability flexibility, core and functional strength, the key players in creating a strong foundation, using the elements, resistance bands and body weight training to highlight the path to a better posture and longevity.
