At Ellie Silvers Fitness, we follow an evidence-based approach to health and fitness, utilizing strength training and a balanced approach to lifestyle to help clients improve their body composition, gain strength, move well and improve their overall quality of life.
I use an evidence-based approach to personal training, focusing on good movement quality and progressive overload.
Every program and training session is catered towards the individual and their specific goals.
You will never receive a cookie-cutter program.
Having trained beginners, intermediate lifters and athletes, as well as individuals with physical and learning disabilities, I assist all of my clients in building a solid foundation of strength and movement, progressively building up their strength and exercise tolerance.
All personal training sessions are held within a welcoming, positive and accepting environment.
