Pilates we have 7 class styles to offer you, everything from High Cardio Sweat to a Stretch & Tone class.
You can choose to participate in any of our Pilates classes at our Beaconsfield & Officer Reformer Pilates Studios.
Our founders, Tiffany & Sarah started Flow & Co.
Pilates with the soul purpose to share their love of health and wellness, between them they have over 26 years of experience within the fitness industry.
