For Life is a family-friendly, family-owned & operated Martial Arts Club, located on The Central Coast since 1997. We have dojos (halls) in multiple locations on The Central Coast & all of our instructors are fully qualified & government-accredited. We specialize in real-life self-defence, using techniques from Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate & Jiu-Jitsu (Japanese). “We are not here to win or lose, we are here to grow” is our club motto & that’s exactly our goal, it is to provide a safe & friendly environment for everyone to reach their full potential.

Shihan Mick has been a Martial Arts instructor for over 35yrs & holds a 6th Dan black belt in both Karate/Kickboxing & Hand to Hand Combat (Japanese Jiu Jitsu).
