In helping hundreds of clients lose kgs, get stronger, and get in shape, coach Daniel Freeman found there was a lot more to building true fitness than the standard narrative.

Daniel walks you through what action plan you both are going to work on together to ensure you reach those goals.
For some, this will be two training sessions each week and some dietary adjustments, for others it might be four sessions a week.
All training programs are specific to the individual as we all have different training needs and goals.
All clients of Freeman's Fitness receive ongoing education about health and fitness both throughout training sessions and through access to online educational materials and courses.
