We offer dedicated classes for people with MS.
These classes are supported by our MS Australia.
Students are supported by multiple teachers during each class.
Iyengar is based on structured sequencing of movements and the use of props to stretch and strengthen muscles so they can adequately support the body.
Iyengar focuses on stretching the muscles through a series of sequences to relieve pain and reduce stress on the muscles.
