My passion for food and good company has led me to my own "Tuscany-on-the-Tamar," located on 15 acres overlooking Hinton Bay, just north of Launceston, Tasmania.
At my Hinton Bay Kitchen cooking school, you will cook together in a spacious and light-filled kitchen, while taking in fabulous water views all year round, and enjoying the cosy open fire in colder times.
