Sarah Magi started IN2Life Personal Training in 2010 and began working with women both pre and post-pregnancy to help them build strength from the inside out. Over the past 14 years, she worked with hundreds of women of all fitness levels and helped them overcome not only the physical but also mental challenges that have led them to step into a new life of strength and confidence by improving their health and fitness. Classes are held each week at various times and locations in the Ponds, Kellyville, and Norwest Business Park. All classes include a variety of cardio fitness and resistance training to help you get fit, lose weight and have fun while you do it.
