With over 20 years of experience practising and teaching Pilates, studio Director and Principal Instructor Kerrie Murphy, and her team of dedicated professionals, train people from elite athletes to dancers to people in rehabilitation.
Following a Pilates career in Australia and the UK, Kerrie Murphy established Infinity Pilates in 2003.
She knows more certainly than ever that the method gives proponents the language and structure to understand their bodies and achieve their potential.
Exercises are performed on a mat or specially designed spring-loaded equipment to safely deliver optimal strength, flexibility and endurance, whilst gently lengthening the muscles.
