The studio is fully equipped and offers professional, boutique-style Pilates with fully certified instructors. Each instructor will provide tailored programming to suit every individual's need, no matter what that may be based on the initial assessment. Even our unique group circuit class numbers are kept to a minimum so as to ensure both adequate supervision and individual programming for each client booked.
