About Jenina's Dance Workshop

Jenina started her career as a dancer at Hadley's Palladium before leaving Tasmania to dance nationally and internationally. Upon her return to Tasmania in 1990, Jenina opened her school, Jenina's Dance Workshop (JDW). Since then, JDW has been home to thousands of dancers, all receiving premium dance training under Jenina's guidance. We allow our students the flexibility of picking as many or few classes as they like - there are no 'packages.

We allow our students the flexibility of picking as many or few classes as they like - there are no 'packages. ' Most students choose 3-4 classes, allowing them the opportunity to discover which genres they love. When students are ready to take their dancing to the next level, they may choose up to 15 classes per week. We aspire for our choreography to be fresh, innovative and captivating and provide an emphasis on positive reinforcement and encouragement.
