Josie’s programs combine physical and mental training, with nutrition and naturopathic medicine. It’s about developing total wellness and helping you become your best. Everybody has different goals. Josie uses a variety of approaches when developing programs, tailored to your goals and fitness levels. In addition to physical workouts, Josie frequently prescribes naturopathic treatment and nutrition principles to accelerate the effects of training programs. Josie has over ten years of experience in fitness coaching and naturopathy. She has worked in numerous health clubs across Sydney and has developed programs for a broad range of fitness goals using a variety of training processes. Josie finds great enjoyment in helping students set and exceed their goals through carefully curated training regimes.
