With over 30 years of experience in training and competing in triathlons, Ken has a wealth of knowledge in general fitness and triathlon-specific training and now passes on this knowledge to the athletes I’m currently training and coaching in a variety of sports, as well as my personal and group fitness clients where I cater for all fitness abilities. K2Fitness brings all the equipment and tailors the exercises to suit the individual needs of each client. Programs are designed to help maintain your fitness, strength, and mobility. Workouts include bodyweight exercises to enhance balance and mobility, weights to strengthen muscle and increase bone density, and gentle cardiovascular exercises to improve fitness.
