About Kiss Yoga
Lisa has taught yoga full-time since 2005.
2005 – 2009 were the years of Zen Shiatsu massage and Ryoho Yoga Therapy in studios, homes and corporations all over the Northern Beaches, suburbs and CBD.
In 2017, she decided to re-train with Janie Larmour of Zen Ki Yoga to further optimise her instruction in order to boost the unique healing benefits of the meridians and acu-points.
In 2019 the Dee Why studio rebranded and evolved into Kiss Yoga, where Lisa designed and delivered yoga programs in-studio, and later offer online classes after the pandemic in 2020.

Lisa’s approach to yoga is solid in her own personal practices which involve yoga, easy-to-do breath techniques, self-acupressure, and EFT (tapping).
If you are a seasoned yogi, you will enjoy the specific therapeutic difference Meridian Yoga offers to complement your knowledge and experience.
Lisa is constantly exploring and blending “ancient wisdom” with the newest science when it comes to body movement.
Whatever yields the best results is integrated into Kiss Yoga instruction for clients to benefit from.
