I’m a dreamer.
I’m passionate about life and about what makes me wake up with a smile.
My family, my beautiful daughter and a sunny day.
My yoga journey started back in Europe many years ago.
I always felt lightheaded and much more in flow with myself every time I practised yoga.
Then, my pregnancy came and Yoga played a crucial role in my balance, while I was discovering my hormonal challenges through those beautiful 9 months.
Then Chloe, my sweet princess, is born.
My life takes another turn and Yoga helped me keep my focus, and my emotional balance and coming back into physical activity.
Any woman understands how challenging is to get back into shape.
Right? As soon as I got back into my practise, I felt aligned again.
With the Universe, with myself and with my new life as a mum.
After understanding how impactful Yoga is for me, I wanted to share this with the world and have a positive impact on people’s life.
I love helping.
I love smiling and that’s how I structure my Yoga classes.
Warm feelings, happy feelings and mainly allowing my students to enrich themselves from the benefits of Yoga and the positive impact that will have on their life.
I hope to inspire as many people as possible about the benefits of yoga and meditation.
I look forward to meeting you and embarking on this exciting journey with you.
Your yoga session always starts with ancient and very effective 10 steps of sequential asanas combined with Vinyasa techniques that work similarly to cardio.
This will burn your calories and tone up your body muscles.
It will help you to lose weight, increase your energy levels and bring flexibility to your body.
Then we start the traditional yoga asanas (yoga poses).
Asanas have a deep impact on the entire body and mind.
It influences positively all your muscular, respiratory, circulation, digestive, endocrine and nervous systems.
For every asana, you will be guided and explained on what’s the impact on your body anatomy.
This insures you are fully benefiting from the practice.
All the asanas will be specially chosen for you, according to your needs, your health condition or goals, so you can rapidly start getting the benefits.
From those asanas, we take you through Pranayama (ancient yoga breathing techniques).
You will learn some amazing breathing ancient yoga techniques, used to remove stress in just a few seconds.
We’ll teach you how to use those techniques every day, and how this will impact your life.
We then prepare your mind for Dharna (Concentration) leading to Dhyan (Meditation).
Meditation clears your mind from thoughts pushing you into a state of tranquillity and peacefulness.
This is important because a calm mind will impact profoundly your ability to make better and more rational decisions, by looking at any situation from higher ground.
