My catering services include me and my mobile wood oven on a trailer, and you get to choose how many pizzas you have at your event.
I use a mix of local and imported ingredients to produce the best quality pizza product.
I also offer antipasto and dessert options on my menu.
I will arrive at your home with everything we need to run the masterclass.
This is your opportunity to learn my recipe, tips & techniques, or just to have a good time with a bunch of friends.
I also run masterclasses at public events throughout the year, at corporate team-building activities, and at schools for educational purposes.
