Hi, I’m Nikki Jury, founder and instructor at Mindful Movement Pilates Studio and Pilates with Nikki. I first started Pilates classes at my ballet studio when I was a teenager, to strengthen my core and to help prevent injuries whilst dancing. Both of our studios are all about moving your body from a place of love to enjoying mobility, flexibility, strength and the burn. We have a focus on being mindful during class, showing up and being fully present, to give your (incredible) body the attention it deserves, all whilst having a laugh! Our passionate Instructors design new classes every single week, with a focus to improve posture, strength, balance and flexibility, whilst giving you that deep burn in all the right places.
