About Movement Principle Pilates
In this studio, we have regular group Reformer Pilates classes, mat Pilates classes and TRX classes that you can fit in on the way to or from work, or duck out for a quickie on your lunch break.
We use a lot of different Pilates-specific equipment to allow you to target every area you need to work on while making sure you are supported, in control and keeping form.
We use different poses, exercises and a few props to strengthen and tone your whole body.
We also love our reformers and use them in Private, studio sessions and group classes.

We offer private classes, small semi-private classes (maximum 4 to a class) and group classes for a generalised, group workout.
We also offer TRX suspension training classes for fitness and strength.
