Nardelli Coaching was formed in 2011. Lauren has a netball and athletics background while Rob has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. They share a passion for working with young people and knew that by combining our knowledge and experience, we could start something special. At Nardelli Coaching, we can customise a program for any athlete and any sport.

We are able to conduct training at your premises as well as in our equipped studio.
