I'm Nicola MacLucas and my passion in life is music.
I have been playing classical violin since I was five years old.
With the experience I've gained at the Conservatorium, a natural affinity and deep love for music have contributed to me being a natural, strong, inspiring teacher.
I have been teaching violin for five years and find it very enriching.

I love showing students how to express themselves creatively.
When teaching, I have a strong focus on technique — the way you hold the instrument and the basics of putting each finger down on the violin.
Having good technique is a fundamental skill and having lessons with me is a great opportunity to enrich your understanding.
Aside from technique, I have a deep understanding of musical theory and am experienced in passing this knowledge on to students.
