Kelly Rae founded Oceanic Waterbabies over 31 years ago! In 1991, a core group of 6 families started swimming together with Kelly at Princess Margaret Hospitals' brand new hydrotherapy pool and Waterbabies was born. In a time with no internet or mobile phone, the program grew organically by word of mouth with just the rotary finger dial cord phone and answering machine. Parents were falling in love with her passion as they found joy, love, and connection in the water. Kelly Rae and her husband Bob Dunn are the owners of Oceanic Waterbabies and together with a team of dedicated and loyal staff members have developed the business over many years to bring the joy and passion of swimming to thousands of families.
