His course has been so well received that it prompted him to create the book: Your Meat Mate based on his teachings.
With a focus on skills and knowledge to perfect red meat cooking, throughout the book, Phil’s aim is for the home chef to be able to create restaurant-quality red meat meals with confidence and a level of professionalism only seen in commercial kitchen enterprises.
