My name is Desi and I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years.
I’ve worked at UNSW as a health and exercise specialist for 15 years.
I am a registered fitness professional with Fitness Industry Australia.
I have been teaching Pilates since 2005 and I have done quite a lot of intensive training in this field.

My mission statement is to help each individual achieve their goals in health, fitness, and wellness.
I am passionate about helping people rehabilitate their injuries, aches and pains by getting their bodies to move correctly.
This comes from the perfect balance of flexibility, strength, and correct postural alignment.
I specialise in Prenatal and Postnatal training, providing each lady with the safest and most effective exercises to assist them during pregnancy and delivery, and then safely returning to exercises after the baby is born taking into account any issues pregnancy or delivery may have brought.
My aim is to have every class participant in my group classes feel like they are getting a personal training session, as I strive to specifically modify exercises to suit each person in order to provide them with a unique, safe, and effective workout in every single class they attend at Pilates & Fitness Revolution.
