It’s all about the spice! All classes are 100% hands-on, so you do all the work whilst having fun.

Vicki Taylor is an excellent teacher and an experienced cook having lived, travelled, and worked in many international countries. Vicki’s passion is food, herbs, spices, and playing with food! All recipes used in the classes are based on Vicki’s years of travelling, whilst adding her own twist.
