In our lessons, we look at building good habits around playing technique, as well as developing a basic understanding of music notation and theory, and the fundamental skills that are needed to play in any genre. We mostly work from a method book, and I like to supplement this with other materials and exercises that I feel will help to build the student's interest and enjoyment in music.
