About Shining Star Swim School
Our swimming classes have been designed explicitly into levels associated with different sea animals.
For maximum effect, we have three different levels of learn-to-swim, so your child can see active progress in their swimming and water skills, resulting in a keen enthusiasm for swimming.
Our head coach and founder is Liz Ewen.
She has been a swimming coach and teacher for over 40 years, coming from a swimming background.

Her passion for swimming stems from her love of empowering all people to be confident and safe in the water, especially children.
Liz has been a 'Silver Level' swimming coach for many years, studying the biomechanics of athletes at the university level and training athletes at state, national, and international competitions.
She is excited to finally have her own swimming school in her local area of Brisbane Northside.
