Yoga Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, Sue McPhie is passionate about sharing these practices in a way that everybody can benefit. After growing up in Sydney and studying nursing and midwifery, Sue came to the Snowy Mountains in the 1980s to work at the Cooma Hospital. Our classes incorporate some or all of the following - grounding, body awareness, body relaxation, breathing techniques, visualisation techniques, mindfulness, concentrative and attentive techniques. You will also learn techniques to help to calm your mind and find focus.
