With around 20 years of experience running the Gourmet Spice side of the business and extensive travel means we have great credibility in hosting Moroccan, Middle Eastern and Indian cuisines. Patrick and Jill run the Spice Bazaar Cooking Classes in such a way that they are relaxed, fun and inspiring, and our repeat customer rate at each session is a testament to this. Our experience, presenters and class structure break down barriers quickly and we ensure all people have a valuable role to play regardless of cooking experience level! We know that when people feel comfortable, they also cook great food! Our menus and recipes are just fantastic, largely traditional and the resulting food is flavour-filled, stunning and different, yet not complicated to make and all expertly matched with local and overseas wines.
