At 52 years of age, Sonia realised that to a live healthier and happier life was an important factor in aging; as such she transformed her career from a senior executive to a Personal Fitness Trainer, where her motto is “Fit, Fabulous, and Over 50.” Our fitness training sessions focus on you. Your first session is an assessment and goal session to identify the best training to meet your expectations. Our HIKEFit program is all about getting fit in the beauty of nature, we offer 7 hikes each week ranging from beginners to advanced levels.
