We offer workshops such as Chocolate making, bread baking, and dessert creation and classes covering skills and techniques such as knife skills, pastry making and cake decorating and fabulous BBQ classes such as American BBQ, Aussie BBQ, Seafood BBQ, Middle Eastern BBQ and more! Sydney Cooking School was created by Executive Chef Brett Deverall – the culmination of his dream to share his love and passion for cooking with you in a fun and relaxed learning environment. Opening up in 2010 as a small school teaching a range of cooking classes, Sydney Cooking School has grown and expanded over the past 4 years. Fitted with state-of-the-art appliances and equipment from Fisher & Paykel, Breville and Anolon, our purpose-built areas are sure to impress.
