Since 1995, we’ve taken a simplified approach to teaching the skills needed for successful drawing and painting. We have art classes and courses all year round, for all levels. Beginners, Intermediate students, and even children and teens are welcome. Most students primarily work with oils, but you are welcome to explore acrylics, pastels, sketching, and watercolours.

Beginners, Intermediate students, and even children and teens are welcome. Most students primarily work with oils, but you are welcome to explore acrylics, pastels, sketching, and watercolours. Co-owner and adult class tutor Stephen Buntrock studied painting at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, finishing his Diploma of Fine Art in 1969. He has worked as a visual artist in many areas: television, film & theatrical sets and props, graphic design, and book illustration, and also worked as an art educator at secondary, adult, and university levels.
