About The Temple Door Cooking School

We will inspire you to create dish after dish of cuisines from all around the world including our very own Australian bush tucker, using local organic ingredients. We will guide you step by step for three hours, from how to plan & prepare each dish, through to cooking, plating up & food styling tricks & tips. After you complete your cooking class, you will relax in our outdoor dining area with a glass of wine & enjoy each dish you have created while taking in the beautiful views of the Tweed Valley. You will leave with a personalized certificate, a recipe booklet, gained confidence in your cooking skills, and memories of a great day out filled with fun & laughter! Debra is the author of My Gluten-Free Gourmet Kitchen cookbook (endorsed by Coeliac Australia), food safety supervisor, and the first to successfully complete the Coeliac Australia Gluten Free Standard for Food Service Providers, speaker, cooking instructor, and demonstrator.
