I’m Zach, the resident Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness Rouse Hill Town Centre. I am a very athletic person, with a history of multiple sporting endeavours and a passion for health and fitness. I use that passion to help others achieve their fitness goals, creating lifestyle transformations that provide long-lasting, dramatic results to your health, mind and body. Whether it be rehabilitation (for injury or medical conditions), weight loss, muscle gain, improving quality of life, boosting self-esteem and confidence, or just trying to stay active, I will assist you to achieve your personal fitness goals.
