Over the years, Total Fitness Training Director Evie has helped a large number of clients both one on one and group training to achieve their goals.
She gained experience in boxing, and weight training including powerlifting and is now in her third year of CrossFit training.
She also gained a qualification in nutrition and diet and has a qualification in health coaching.
