We will address the capacity of your wrists, thoracic spine and shoulder joint to make sure you can play upside down with confidence. Tyson Nash - Strength and Movement Coach. We’re all different, everything is relative and yet many of us face similar struggles. Even though I am a coach I am constantly learning from my students. They teach me as much as I teach them.
