A general class will involve a warm-up and then going through the 8-body weapon techniques, leading onto an explosive pad session where we string together punch, kick, knee and elbow combinations (8 weapons) of Muay Thai.

With that in mind, the syllabus has been structured and formatted in such a way as to provide a gradual progression through the 5 colour singlets (i.
e.
Yellow, Green, Blue, & Brown) before the student obtains their Black singlet.
The Grading system is not compulsory, so if you wish to just come and train that's fine with us.
As well as self-defence, the system will also encourage many to take on their training for the purpose of competition.
The skills training has been refined emphasizing the system's unique footwork and explosive power.
The Everlasting Gym's Muay Thai trainers are all registered with the minimum ranking of Level 1 Muay Thai Trainer.
