About Vale Tudo Training
“VALE TUDO” is a mixed martial arts term that means “NO HOLDS BARRED.”
We chose this term to represent a training facility that pushes people out of their comfort zone, removing limits or restrictions and allowing people of all fitness levels to UNLEASH their full potential.
Our basis in training comes from hybrid training principles which increase the metabolism, sheds body fat, increase muscle and make the body more efficient.
Our programming includes strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, balance and agility, as well as exciting and challenging conditioning including boxing and mixed martial art movements.
We make no apologies for the high intensity of our training.

The VTT hybrid training facility is specifically designed to allow the delivery of training programs that incorporate strength, plyometrics, callisthenics, cardio, boxing and MMA disciplines.
